The two clubs meet in Nyon on Monday as the winners of the biggest European trophy in youth football are decided
Having come through semi-finals against Barcelona and Hoffenheim respectively, Chelsea and Porto face off in the UEFA Youth League final on Monday.
Both teams boast a wealth of young talent, with the clash in Nyon (kick-off 5pm BST/12pm ET) set to showcase some potential stars of the future.
